After a two year stint training with Ernesto Hoost in Amsterdam Paul "The Sting" Slowinski is back. His immediate plans are to continue training for his planned fights overseas. However Paul will also be looking at being a trainer as well. He will continue to train for his fights at Flinders. Jeremy (Rikers Gym, Glynde) offered Paul an opportunity to look after his gym while Jeremy is away overseas for six weeks. This will give Paul an opportunity to learn more about running a fight gym and the responsibilities involved.

We at Flinders are excited having him come back to where he started his career as a fighter. Paul will provide the inspirition to all the young fighters at our gym to work hard towards a successful career in the ring. All of them will benefit from watching how a professional fighter trains. I can't wait to see the faces of the young guys when they see Paul kicking pads.
